To feed the World, the almost 7.7 billion humans in the planet, no doubt about it, we need to rely on pesticides. Yet what we are currently using can poison the environment, so we are doing research on natural chemicals. Our Foundation has been working with vinegar (acetic acid) in several mixes and concentrations, and had found very interesting results. the most interesting fact about this project is that vinegar is a natural chemical that can easily be found and produced in nature, even from common crops. Applications as herbicide and insecticide had rendered great results. Even thou there is bibliography around the World related to this substance, not much has been published in the tropics, which leads us to research on the topic.
